Can I try the T9 before buying it ?

You can try the T9 for free by visiting one of our partner stores or by booking an appointment with one of our ambassadors. Use our locator to find a store or an ambassador near you.

When should I expect to receive my T9?

Delivery for the T9 takes between 5 to 7 business days within Europe. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a full tracking link to follow its journey. We know you're looking forward to it, our team moves fast to make sure your T9 arrives as quickly and smoothly as possible.

To ensure a smooth delivery, you’ll receive an email from our shipping partner with six on-demand options to choose from (reschedule my delivery, pick up from a service point, deliver to a different address, leave with a neighbor, leave in a safe place, hold delivery while I’m away).
