Quality policy
This Quality Policy is adopted by all employees of "URBAN NATIVE”, and it is a necessary condition that all staff are informed of it and apply in their tasks the principles and procedures associated with it. In this regard, the Management and all the
organization’s employees commit to:
- Ensure the total satisfaction of customers and stakeholders.
- Manage the motivation, knowledge, and involvement of its employees by promoting their satisfaction and providing adequate working conditions.
- Continuously seek to improve its processes and respond to customer needs.
- Identify and ensure compliance with applicable legislations and standards, including legislation relating to product quality, health, hygiene, and workplace safety.
- Select external suppliers based on the quality of their products.
